Established in 2012, Wild & Wonderful BBQ offers a blend of Kansas City- (a sweeter BBQ) and Texas- (bold, savory flavors) style BBQ that is cooked on-site on a mobile food trailer by West Virginia native, Kansas BBQ Society member and award-winning pitmaster Grant Shoffner. We use our own blend of rubs and sauces.

Events
Wild & Wonderful BBQ is a mobile food trailer based in Milton, West Virginia. We can be found at fairs, festivals and other events in the Huntington-Ashland-Ironton Tri-State area, Kanawha Valley, Southern West Virginia and Mid-Ohio Valley.
